3. Pricing and Payments
Service pricing will be discussed and agreed upon prior to commencing work, unless in an emergency roadside assistance situation where immediate action is required. Payment is due upon completion of services, unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We accept various forms of payment, which will be communicated at the time of service agreement.

Our maximum liability to you for any damages arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
6. Vehicle Storage
While your vehicle is in our care, reasonable precautions will be taken for its security. However, 441 Truck Repair is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents due to theft, fire, or other causes beyond our control, occurring while parked at our facility or during roadside assistance.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
